ALT+F1 To view the detailed transaction of Trial Balance, Profit & Loss A/c, Balance Sheet, Ledger etc.

F9 Inventory Reports

ALT+F12 Filtering the date by range (range)

F7 Valuation of Stock (E.g. FIFO, LIFO Methods etc) General Key Combination SHIFT+ENTER

To explode a line into its details (use almost for all reports) CTRL+ENTER

To alter a Master while making an entry or viewing a report ALT+R To remove a line in a report ALT+S

To bring back the a line you removed using ALT+R CTRL+Q To Quit that screen without making any change CTRL+N To activate the calculator CTRL+M To deactivate the calculator ALT+C To use this key function from amount column (calculator)

ALT+B To view this the budget from Trial Balance Page-Up To view the Previous Voucher entry of the same date and also previous date of the voucher. Page-Down To view the next voucher entry
